Onsite

The Onsite Service Plan is best suited for those businesses with 5 or more computers.  BayHill will provide consultations to learn about your business needs and offer solutions. Our consultant will design a maintenance plan that fits your needs and explain it thoroughly to you. Implementation and execution of the maintenance plan is performed by the client.

Your computer systems receive hands-on service by a Computer Service Professional that understands what is important to your business in regard to the computer systems operation and function.  Feedback from business principles and the staff are solicited on each visit from our Computer Service Professionals. This feedback is a critical part of the communication BayHill conducts with our clients.

Services available under this plan include computer repairs, network installation and configuration, computer and server installation, and general computer housekeeping.

The Online Service Plan is included to allow BayHill to provide service without disrupting your business environment and at no additional cost.

Telephone support for questions and minor problems are free.

Professionally conducted consultations with the business principle or designated contact to ensure our services are achieving the desired results for your business.

The Online Service Plan is best suited for clients needing rapid response times for service issues. Typical response time for Online service is less than 30 minutes. This service can be performed on any computer system with internet access anywhere in the world.

More than 75% of computer service issues can be resolved with BayHill's Online Service. We will dispatch a Computer Service Professional to your location if an issue can't be resolved online.

BayHill Computer Care provides the same high quality customer service and technical service provided to our Onsite Service Plan members, but now only remotely.

On-call services are best suited to the business or person that may not have a budget big enough to obligate themselves to a monthly payment, but still need professional computer services.
